Founded in 1992 by Samantha Holder, Fielders was created to provide a niche, specialised and high-quality recruitment service to the very best candidates and employers in Site Investigation. I joined the company in August 2020 as a designer and it was quickly apparent that the brand needed a refresh.

A fresh look

The Fielders brand was outdated. For starters, the current logo read 'Fielder' even though the name 'Fielders' had been in use for quite a while. I updated the logo to a modern typeface and created a few different layouts featuring the tagline as well. I also created a visual system as there was none currently in place, which gave the design and marketing material a consistent and fresh look.
